Hemaalisa (Alisa) is a lineage holder, sadhaka of Tantra, and Vaidhya (Dr.) devoted to guiding individuals toward balance, healing, and spiritual renewal.

As the founder of Bhumi Oasis Ashram in New Jersey, she creates sacred, personalized experiences rooted in the timeless traditions of Ayurveda and Vamamarga Tantra. Her work is deeply informed by her ancestral lineage, including her great-grandfather, a revered pandit, whose spiritual legacy continues to inspire her path.

Through Shakta practices- breathwork, visualization, subtle body alignment, and ayurvedic therapies, Alisa supports community members in reconnecting with their inner essence and restoring harmony across the physical, emotional, and spiritual realms.

She is also the founder of Swaahaa, an Ayurvedic product line designed to bring sacred daily rituals into modern life. With reverence, authenticity, and a deep respect for tradition, Alisa offers a nurturing space for transformation, self-discovery, and deep rest.
