Netra Basti

Service Description

Eyes are vibrant, and sight is immaculate. In Ayurveda, the eyes are regarded as sacred organs of perception, carrying clarity, intelligence, and radiance. Netra Basti is a deeply nurturing eye therapy that gently soothes, moisturizes, and revitalizes the delicate tissues around the eyes. During the treatment, a soft dough ring is placed around each eye, creating a contained space for warm medicated ghee or herbal oil. This nourishing liquid is then gently held in place, allowing the eye area to receive comfort, warmth, and restoration. The therapy is especially supportive for dryness, strain, tension, and the fatigued feeling that can come from screens, stress, travel, or irregular sleep. Netra Basti may help soften the appearance of tired eyes, reduce the look of puffiness and under-eye bags, and support a more rested, luminous expression. It is a beautiful ritual for those seeking not only comfort for the eyes, but a serene and radiant presence throughout the face.
